People who incite violence should also be charged but the more important thing is you've acknowledged that we still live in a rape culture and need a cultural shift towards believing victims rather than shaming them.

Just because violent criminals belong in prison doesn’t automatically mean non-violent offenders do. I’m not sure why you’re equating the two.
She never directly threatened or encouraged violence, and there’s no evidence that her words led anyone to act violently. Serving three years in prison over an indifferent tweet is beyond absurd.
