Ok I just watched Children of the Corn 666: Isaac's Return and had a couple of questions that contain a spoiler
"Spoiler alert"- Its been a long time since I watched the original Children of the Corn but I remember in the end Isaac is tied to a corn cross and I forget what happens but I think he got attacked by he who walks behind the rows. How could he not die?
2.Who saved Isaac and put him in the hospital?
3.Did he have Matt before he went in the comma?
4.I thought that to the children of the corn all adults over 17 or 21 was evil and were to be killed but I dont remember seeing any kids in this movie and shouldnt if they truly followed he who walks behind the rows shouldnt they have killed Isaac?
5.Was Isaac just an innocent boy possessed by an evil sprit like Micah in CotC 2 or just a follower of evil?
6.Did Matt and Gabriel have a relationship or was their kiss just like Judas kissing Jesus a kiss of betray?
7.If Isaac could survive the end of the original couldnt he survive a chest wound and the explosion?
8.Why would Hannah have her child? Couldn't she just have an abortion?
9.Was Gabriel Isaac's first son? If not what right did he have to father the race? Who was his father
10.Why is the Movie have 666 in the title is Isaac the anti-Christ or maybe Samuel?
11.Why were the people in the hospital I believe they were the Children of the Children. Did they have birth defects?
12.If Gabriel was a person possessed by He who walks behind the rows he could not have taken a sharp farm tool in the gut and spit all the blood and survive the blast Like in CotC2 the possession left Micah before he died and that means that Gabriel in the body of he who walks behind the rows. Thats just my thought.
13.Finaly just a comment. I was very disappointed by the way He who walked behind the rows acted during the final scene the way he treated Isaac's death like a game show, and how he treated his "death" like he was acting. Thought the Children of the Corn series you think of he who walks behind the rows as sorta like Satan and uses his evil thought the movies but in the last scene it went out the window.
Sorry for all the Questions but Children of the Corn 666: Isaac's Return is a movie that instead of ending answering the questions it just leaves us with more.
Lets hope CotC8 is a sequel to this not follow the story as CotC: Revelation.

CAUTION::: MAJOR SPOILERS
Okay I'll answer all of these the best I can.- In the end Malachai revolted against Isaac and put him on the cross instead of Vicky. That night when Amos sacrifices himself to HWWBTR the god shows up and Isaac sort of has a "talk" with him Isaac is thrown up into the air and then comes back from the dead to kill Malachai. So HWWBTR gave him a sort of second chance to redeem himself. You see Isaac is the true leader so he was given the chance to come back and lead the children.
- We can only assume that Cora and perhaps Doc Michaels were the ones who saved Isaac and put him in the hospital. They were the only ones besides Rachel who were alive when it happened. Although Rachel could have done it along with the other two because remember in the end of the first COTC she's the girl who tries to kill Burt when he goes for the map. And too, Isaac says to her in COTC 6 "What happened Rachel? Why did you leave my side." And, Doc Michaels says this, "If it weren't for a little constructive paper work you'd be in jail too." So that is my theory on that whole situation.
- We can also assume that Matt wasn't born before Isaac went into the coma. Because in COTC 6 Isaac never knew that he had a son until he wakes up and Cora informs him about it. And if Matt and Hannah are suppose to be the same age they would have both be 18 or about to turn 19. And from the calculations Rachel was still pregnate with Hannah in the first film when Isaac was still alive and not in the coma. Which means that whoever Matt's mother is would still have be pregnate with him to seeing that he and Hannah are around the same age.
- You see they murdered all people over the age of 18 or 19. In some of the films the age range changes on this. Usually it's been 19 is when you are sacarifced. The kids in COTC 6 were children of the first children so they would have all been around 17-18-19 and they probably would have had kids of their own. Judging by the kid with the missing teeth at the motel and the pregnate girl in the hospital when Hannah visits it. So they are all around the same age like I said 16-18 maybe some younger I suppose. Because Gaberiel tells us they are all Children of the children. So hope that helps.
- Isaac Chroner. Unlike all the rest of the leaders Isaac is the only one who has NOT been possessed by HWWBTR. Isaac is the original "Giver of his word" the original teacher of the ways of the children of the corn. We know from the other films that all of the other leaders have been possessed at some point by HWWBTR. Micah when he goes into the corn fields at night. Eli when we see he has those special powers and turns into the alien thing at the end. Josiah when we hear the story of how he died. The two old women tell Grace that the traveling preachers sold Josiah's soul over to the dark side aka HWWBTR so that he would stay small. Eezekiel when he goes into the fields and sees the green fire coming from the ground. Gaberiel tells us so at the very end when he rises up to kill Isaac. And Abel is long dead and died during the revival and is brought back by HWWBTR.
- As far as I'm concerned and as far as I know Gaberiel and Matt didn't have a relationship. Matt was in love with Morgan (the girl he was kissing at the motel) The kiss was just sort of like a parting of the ways kind of thing. Gaberiel says "You'll be with
her
I promise." Leading us to believe that Matt's a good old straight guy and that he will reunite him with Mogan. - Ah ha this is my theory on that whole thing. At the end of COTC we know that Isaac comes back from the dead and kills Malachai by breaking his neck and choking him to death. If he was already dead and I guess you could say undead and given a "second chance" by HWWBTR to lead then I say that Isaac didn't really die at the end of COTC 6. Because if he was dead already you can't kill him again. At least this is my theory so I say we could see him again in a future COTC film. But that's just me and my assumption from the facts. Also Isaac exhibits some extraordinary powers in the 6th film when he is running the water onto the floor and Jake is sitting there Doc Michaels comes in and turns off the water. Isaac doesn't touch the handle but turns the water back on sort of telepathically. Also if Isaac could die he would have died then when he electrocuted the doctor because Isaac was also standing in the puddle of water on the floor, thus if he could die he would have been electrocuted too. Also Isaac proclaims during this scene, "I don't have a soul." So that's my theory on that. I don't think Isaac is dead at the end of the 6th film I think that's just what they want us to believe. Also something that if you look hard enough and listen you'll understand. Gaberiel couldn't kill Isaac not on his own at least. It was only Hannah who could truly kill him. Why do I say this. Jake (Cora's brother) is always following Hannah around proclaiming things from the bible and telling he

My thinking on this is that HWWBTR stayed in Gabe's body the whole time and like Isaac was rejuvinated in the first film so was Gabe in this one. When he is cut open by the sickle and blows the place up. Then we see him a few minutes later and he's fine. So it's my thinking that just like Isaac comes back from the dead and kills Malachai in COTC (we can clearly see at that point he is possessed by the deity for a moment). As well as in this one where he exhibits some powers. So I think Gabe was like Isaac in that sense. I think Gabe was possessed by the deity because HWWBTR wanted to create a child to lead all of the children. This is just my thinking. The other leaders from the previous films were just possessed to "preach" the word to the children and to guide them. Gabe really didn't do this he had a more ultimate purpose to father the child that was to lead them all. So I think this is why he was spared in a way. Hope that helps.

Since Gabe has been spared it would be cool to see him and Isaac return, again for the 8th movie, if they are going to have an 8th movie and if it is going to follow the story line from, "Isaac's Return", which I Hope it does.
