Wasn't Isaac's dead body shown in that cellar at the beginning of COCT 2?

now i watched it and i did'nt see Isaac's body down there but maybey i missed it.and i really think that Isaac's return dose'nt follow the sequels kinda like what they did with halloween H20 it just ignore's the sequels ,because if Isaac was in the gatlin hospital in a coma in part 2 then im sure the police would have found him.

I agree with Vampire Follower; I don't remember seeing his body in the second movie, but maybe we missed something.
