Oh my god, the same thing happened to me in art class today (I'm a sophomore). My friends and I were discussing shows we watched when we were kids, and I was a little hesitant to bring up The Puzzle Place because I seriously though I was hallucinating. But eventually I was like, "You guys remember that show with all those little puppet kids who hung out in a library or something? I think one of them was named Skye." (That's how I actually found it on IMDB just now). But anyway, my friend Allie said she seemed to recall something of the sort, and she thought it had SOMETHING to do with puzzles. So I decided to do some research.
I get to yell the title at her tomorrow morning. -

I was about 10 when this show came out. I never watched it, but my little brother did. For some strange reason, this show popped into my head the other day. I remembered the name and everything. WHY?!!!! Why can't something forgotten from MY childhood pop in my head?

I loved this show, too. But apparently, as I'm searching it across the internet, a LOT of little kids had a thing for Skye. Which might have been why it got cancelled- PBS doesn't want to promote human-puppet relationships.

This is so weird, because the same thing happened to me a month ago. When I was younger, I used to love this show. So, a few weeks ago I asked my friends about it, but they claim they've never even heard of it. I just thought about looking it up now.
I'm so glad I wasn't dreaming it!
ps. the same thing happened with another show. has anyone heard of 'Bump in the Night'? -

I was "too old" for this show when it came out, but I loved it anyways! And then there was a trend where older kids would watch "baby shows" so I was able to watch Puzzle Place as much as I wanted! Anyone remember Dudley the Dragon too!! That was a cute one!
Where I'm from, we believe all sorts of things that aren't true. We call it- History. -

YES, I loved Dudley the Dragon! One of the only things I can remember from that show was the crab apple tree.
About this topic though, the exact same thing happened to me, I knew the show existed, I remembered a few random figments. I ended up looking on Wikipedia at a list of old discontinued PBS shows, and I saw the name "Puzzle Place" and it hit me.

Hey..I'm having a similar problem right now, maybe you can help me out. I remember this show from when I was a little kid, called 'Whimsy's House'. I plugged it in on Google but nothing came up. I think it might be because of the spelling.
Anyways, it was probably on Nick Jr. and it was one of those puppet shows. The main plot, I'm pretty sure, was this girl Whimsy's grandma would take care of like three or four other kids. So they would all come to her house.
For whatever reason, I can remember the whole theme song. It went something like:
Wake up in the morning, let's start the day
Everybody's coming over to play
Wake up Mom and Dad, the kids'll be here
At whimsy's house
Look in Grandma's room
Is she still in her bed?
No she's already in the kitchen, baking bread
Forget the stairs, use the railing instead
At Whimsy's house, At whimsy's House!
So if it rings any bells, please share so I know its not just a figment of my imagination. -

Sorry I can't help you there. =[
But on the topic, it's amazing to see so many people had the same revelation I did today in P.E.!
I'm a freshman in high school and during volleyball all of a sudden I remembered this show. I go to Munirah and ask her if she remembers something about a show called something like "Puzzle Place" with a character named Kiki. She thinks for a moment and freaks out after remembering it. We go to Marissa and she remembers too! And so did Stephanie, it was hilarious. We started trying to remind ourselves of the show because we all aparently loved it a LOT when we were young acording to my parents.
o_O It was so embarassing when my mom said I had a think for Skye as a kid. -

Yeah, you just spelled it wrong it's Wimzie's House. Her mom was a pilot and her dad was a fireman. I couldn't get my brother or sister to remember it. I remember waking up eating Rice Krispy Treat cereal while I watched this showthose were the days. I loved the puzzle place too.

The same thing happened to me with a couple of shows, I remember this one since I have the set of 6 PVC figures still, but another show was "Bobby's World" and I had to ask on "I Need To Know" board
All I knew was it was a kid, on a big wheel in the theme, and the name Dennis popped into my head, I knew it was something's world
The other show I watched all the time was Do Over which again, I had to ask.
I hate when a show is cancelled and I forget all about it then try to remember it later
Do I CAUSE YOUR DEATH? Just like you caused Erin's?

It's funny that we all nearly forgot about it. It must not have been too memorable.
Although now that I do remember it, more and more is coming back now.
I remember an episode about one of the characters being Jewish, and not wanting to offend one of the other characters by not eating some bread they'd made, because of the holidays.
Or something like that.
