Nudity = topless scene of Amanda Peet when she kills some people who break into some house. I forget who or whose house because it's been a long time since I saw this movie.

The maturity of his cousin is 12 years old as stated.
That's rape in every city in the USA. Maturity has already been decided, but then there are loads of who knows what kind of people that want every standard ever offered lowered or eliminated.
If you wouldn't watch this in front of your priest or your parents, or wouldn't want your 12 yr. old sister watching it with her school grade boyfriend alone, that's probably a good indicator at just how awful it is for minors.
It's awful for adults as well, but then that's what is put out today.
I figure in 10 or 20 years parents will be considered prudes if they don't take their gradeschool children to live sex on stage shows.
I don't agree with any of that, and the decline continues. -

no they most likely won't understand the adult humor (Room service I'm going to need a bigger bottle of scotch
no 12 yr old is going to understand that.)

Seeing as this movie IS PG-13 in my book, it would probably be fine Like one F word, and a like 30 second topless amanda peet scene

It depends on the maturity level of your cousin. It, aso, probably depends on what your cousin's parents/guardians allow. I mean I saw this movie when I was 11 and I've been watching rated "R" movies since I was five (I believe that the 1st one I saw was "Alien"). My parents have always let me watch whatever I want, becuase they know that I understand that it is just entertainment and have the maturity level to handle movies. So if your cousin is like this (me), then he/she should be fine watching this movie.

I'd like to say that "The Whole Nine Yards" only says one cuss word in that whole movie. Janni is talking about how he isn't a rat beep like Jimmy. I saw this movie when I was 12. I saw my first rated R movie when I was 6.(A Perfect Murder.) Overall, I wouldn't let any kid under 13 watch this movie.

Offhand, I always find it absurd that someone comes here and asks this, and the answer is summarily given "There's nothing wrong with this movie, just ten minutes of ass sex and two come shots" Of course, that answer is given by an army of 12-16 year olds. Although this is an old post here's a suggestion: Ask your cousin's parents. That's who the ratings are made for.
