When Oz is at his hotel room right before he pukes he orderes champagne. Then he goes to puke and then Cynthia comes to visit. When the champagne arrives there are 2 glasses, now isn't this weird since he was at the hotel room alone and noone knew that he was going to have a guest over, not even himself? :S

That sounds right. Btw, it was scotch not champagne.

In the hotel business, it is customary to include two glasses when someone orders champange (or Scotch. Any alcoholic drink for that matter). Only when the customer gives you a notification do you add more glasses or give only one glass.

if you'll notice cynthia drinks the SCOTCH from a tall glass which was probably in the bar or the cupboard near it and oz drink sout of the glass that came with the SCOTCH!

                Maybe, but there
                were
two glasses on the tray that the room service guy brought up.

It was whiskey but whatever. Aren't two glasses standard?
I don't think this can count as a mistake.

The weirdest part of that scene is that everything was glued down to the tray, because Oz leaned the tray over at a decent angle and nothing moved on the tray, not even the ice cube tongs.
Scene occurs at the 33 minute mark in the movie for reference.
