Mod that overwrote your inventory items

I remember back when I was a kid I installed a mod for this game so I wouldn't die/had unlimited ammo, etc.. and it wasn't until I had the cd that I realised there was a bug.
When you remove a specific item from your inventory it overwrites the item next to it or some bs like that. I accidently overwrote the cd with a green herb and had to restart the whole game again.
I wanna get the platinum for this game on the ps5 but the camera angles kill me lol I just cannot.
