I played it yesterday and the intro when you investigate the blood with barry something happened which I have never seen before. I didn't go the room where the zombie who eats kenneth. Instead i stayed with Barry who just looked at the blood like an idiot. Suddenly the green zombie who eats Kenneth bashed in the door and came in to the hallway instead and he chased me. Luckily Barry shot him right in front of the clock which makes weird noises.
This is probably nothing new since the game has been out for 12 years but it was completely new to me. ohh I also found an extra scene with Wesker when you enter the dinning room.

If you try leaving a couple of times to go back to the main hall while you're in the dining room, Barry chides you. Also, after the zombie busts in, you are sort of penalized for being a chicken because when you finally investigate Kenneth, you see that the zombie has eaten more of him (there's actually LESS of a corpse there, if I recall), and the ammo clips are gone!!!

I did things differently sometimes.. met barry in two different places when he gives you the bazooka ammo, and sometimes he didn't save me when i tried getting the shotgun the easy way. think you can do so you don't meet him at the balcony, aswell. it's all how you explore the mansion and trigger cutscenes, methinks. had no clue about waiting in the dining room tho.. i always did hate meeting that first zombie, and ran to barry to take care of 'im. then got the ammo ;D
