I find it interesting that more is not said about the fact that Obama is related to at least 5 presidents and his African father was not born of slaves.
I do not believe that Obama was just the luck of the draw. -

5 Presidents, is that all? Our family talked about our close relation to Grant and Jackson but when I began to fill in my tree on AncestryDOTcom I soon found I am related to at least 15 Presidents of the United States. This includes Bush Sr. on Barbara's side making W family. I only filled out a few generations back and what I did fill out wasn't hashed out enough to include everybody. I wouldnt be surprised if we are related to 30 or more since breeding is done with some precision at the higher levels.
We're more on the outside circle of relations though, not closely related ENOUGH to matter I guess, nevertheless they are kin.
There's this cool feature on Ancestry that shows you "Famous Ancestors". For those that don't know, when you click the button it gives you an assortment of relations that are famous, for good or bad reasons. I was blown away at the cast of characters that help to make up my DNA, half of them have had movies based on them.
It's a small world.
Nowwhat did this have to do with the movie again???

It's true. Obama was hatched from the same batch of eggs as the rest of the lizard presidents.
Seriously, I don't know much about Obama's family lineage, and I don't really care. He doesn't have much control over who his ancestors are. And though I disagree with some of his policies, it looks like he earned enough of the merit to be president. America's problems are not going to be fixed overnight, no matter who is president.
