Well as soon as the first edition ended I knew it was a bag of beep they both couldn't review their way out of a paper bag, and the format of the two of them talking between each other, well we are the third party and want to be involved in the show to the point of one reviewer talking to us and knowing what he's talking about, clearly they don't know anything about film, they know what they like and dislike, but don't we all, saying oh I loved him or I loved her in the film just isn't good enough, I feel as though I'm eaves dropping on a private conversation, and that co host he clearly likes the sound of his own voice, and Ill bet a weeks wages that no important guest will appear in the show other than in a pre filmed segment, the new show doesnt even review the big films of that particular week, we all dont like arty farty French films you know.
And what is the best five segment all about, is it just to fill in the time.
And why they tell people to twitter them then read just one out when she said they have lots of people writing in beats me. And why has to be live ?.
Get these two amateurs out and please BBC revamp the show and get someone who knows what they are talking about and make it one person talking to us the audiance. -

I stated that no important guest would appear live on the show and up til now no one has. Today I watched the BBC One Breakfast show, on it they talked about the latest Tony Scott film which in the brief time they had was a better job than Claudia and co did plus they had a filmed interview with Denzil Washington. My question is if BBC Breakfast can get Denzil then why couldn't Film 2010 get him, is it because they arn't inteligent enough to ask the right questions apart from 'I thought you were amazing' or 'I thought the film was amazing'

Yes Mrs Pitt and Mr Depp were on the show but only as a pre recorded segment.
That co host really anoys me with his arm waving.
As with the guests or lack of them, I wonder if it's to do with the fact that there is two hosts rather than two people talking one to one. -

The BBC Film programme has been on a downward spiral since Bazza left. It got mega dumbed down with Ross at the helm(Cannes got dumped) and then he liked turning it into his second chatshow.
The current format is no surprise. Stick to Kermode and Mayo's film show on radio. -

I actually enjoy it to an extent because I find Winkleman hilarious sometimes (I feel like I'm alone on this) but the co-host really grates on me when he speaks. I never watched the show when Jonathan Ross helmed it, I didn't find anything enjoyable about a man staring at me and sounding like he's reading from a textbook.
Do not speak of this, if you do
They will find you.
