One Coarse Meal has suicide for its plot.
I'm serious.
I think you mean Are You Happy Now.
You guys are overthinking. Just because those episodes contain suicide jokes/innuendoes doesn't mean they're "about" suicide.
I think the most disturbing episode was probably The Splinter - that was disgusting.

Boating Buddies. That one is another one of the spongebob stalker episodes, like squid's visit, which is also creepy. Just watch the episode and see Sb's face when Squidward sits next to him. It's just creepy and unsettling to watch.

"Fear of a Krabby Patty" is the most disturbing in my opinion. In it, SpongeBob makes so many Krabby Patties that it drives him insane and he has to see a psychiatrist (Plankton in disguise). Then we get a glimpse into his psyche, and that's pretty weird. Also, "Gone" is pretty similar - SpongeBob goes crazy when everyone's gone.

A Pal for Gary is disturbing and completely and insultingly stupid. I'll give you a synopsis of each character.
Spongebob: Stole a pet, and blames Gary for trying to kill him.
Gary: Perfect as can be, except to Spongebob who thinks he's responsible for the pet trying to kill him and is punished by being brought to the Krusty Krab from now on.
Now, the BIG question: Who is the villain of the episode? If you picked Spongebob, then you are like 99.999999% of the people who watched this episode! (Note: the .000001% is Nickelodeon)
