I have to respect you're opinion man. However, I disagreethis film is a very intriguing and complex horror film that does something different from other movies about lycanthropes IMO. Also, it's one of the few movies that made me feel for the two main characters, and the ending was pretty touching and heartfelt IMO. The fact that it's a female-driven film gives it originality for the sub-genre, which doesn't have alot of great werewolf movies in my mind.
It's you're opinion, and I respect it, but this film is easily an 8/10 IMO. Can I ask, what about the film did you find terrible? -

Nope, nope, and nope.
I won't try to persuade you to like it, or tell you to watch it again, but from someone who's written a whole fan fiction novel based on it, and has written here about it here for four years, all three of your declarations are incorrect.
Of course I wish you got more out of it, but preferences for movies are a personal thing. There are some great movies that I didn't like. However at the very least this movie is competent. It has fan sites; it has people writing stories about it, and it has a decent ratings on this site and on Rotten Tomatoes. That should tell you it's not terrible. -

You are a troll, I only said I agree to make sure you didn't get a reaction. If you really enjoy this then go back to a movie that actually deserves hate.

I thought so, too, until I saw he had a long posting history.
But when you brought it up, I looked at what he's posted, and the vast majority are one-line snide remarks. He doesn't stay in conversation, nor does he bother to elaborate on any of his points.
Yeah, you're right. Troll. He's got the green skin, the big ears and everything.

Its not a terrible movie, its a good movie, but its a ridiculous movie franchise.
The 2nd movie, okay. Brigitte tries to cure her self, so she can get rid of the beast inside her, i'm okay with that, but then they just had to take a step to far and create the 3rd movie, which is set in the 19th century, meny years before Brigitte and Ginger is actually born, but have them in it as sisters, there they turned it in to just being a ridiculous movie franchise. -

Sadly I consider this "franchise" the only horror movie franchise with good movies all throughout. I'm not saying they're masterpieces, I'm saying I find them enjoyable.

Okay, this is not me trying to troll you or anything, I asked the OP this and I never got an answer, What about it makes it "irredeemably bad"? I admit I love this film but I also admit no film is perfect so I am not just going to throw it back in your face with a "You're wrong!" statement.

Not terrible but it took me 15 years to get all the way through it. The girls gave great performance imo on second viewing. Back then though when I tried to give it a fair watch the tortured goth girl fad really sucked
