This is complete bullshit. He had his gun with him all night(legally) and didn't fire it at all, didn't even fire it when he was being chased by an angry mob, he only fired AFTER he was knocked down, surrounded and hit in the face with a skateboard and then having a gun shoved in his face. This is the epitome of self defense.

It was his community, he works in the town, his dad lives in that town, his friends live in that town, he spends a lot of time in that town. He had more right to be there than the violent rioters who were there to destroy it did.
