It's a chineese crested dog, and you can get two types, hairless or powderpuff, or puffball, I forget, something puffy.
But yeah, Chineese Crested, thats it.

Or it could be a Mexican hairless, they kinda look the same. But Chinese Crested would be more likely, because they're generally a more expensive dog.

Yes, the Powderpuff variety is the coated one.
And yes, obviously Cruella's dog was a hairless Chinese Crested Dog.
They are different from the Mexican Hairless, aka Xoloitzcuintli, and don't look the same.

gasp I didn't think he was uglyhe was really cute. True, he wasn't really one of the beautiful Crestedsmore on the "funny-looking"/"ugly" side, but to me, there are no ugly dogs. All are adorable and beautiful in their own ways, when it comes down to it, and everyone has different tasteswhich is great, because hundreds of breeds exist among which to choose favorites!

                            I'd gladly take him.
And Digger, the gooooorgeous Borzoiand I think I even spotted an Irish Water Spaniel at the banquet table. If so, that's ANOTHER of my favorite breeds in this movie, and I really wanna shake the hand of whomever the animal-casting person was
