Hi you all one thing i have a problem with is this, in the 1st film it always made it clear that lucky the the hero of the pups, he piussed on people for the fun of it and he was the most popualr dog, even in the cartoon it's all about him. then why in this film they chose his brother Dipstickit just didn't make sense to mewekll the film didn't but that is the main point

Actually it was Wizzer who pees on the floor in the old mansion in the live action movie. There was no scene where he pisses on people but it had two scenes of him peeing on the floor. Once at Roger and Anita's house behind a chair and at the old De Vil manor on a magazine.
I wasn't sure which cartton you were talking about, the cartoon series or the animated movie. There was no Wizzer in the animated one but the tv series is all about Lucky Rolly and Cadpig and the christmas episode had a scene of Wizzer peeing on Cruella when she picks him up.
In my 101 parody, his name is Pisser. The other puppies have different names too.
