I see that a lot of the characters from the first movie are gone. Why is that?

mmmm maybe the Dearlys got killed out in the country, hehe just kidding. They're probably still living out there and they sell Dalmatians as their reputation since they're tired of picking up dog sh!t and feeding them all. I'm thinking that's how Chloe maybe got Dipstick.
The movie wasn't about them, it was about cruella being cured so she gets another chance out in the real world but Big Ben kills the therapy she had and she turns back to cruella and she goes after the pups once more and it was about Kevin working in the second chance shelter and Chloe working as a probation officer and she has Dalmatians and then there are the other characters the movie is also about.

i noticed tht ! i prefered the otha charchters they wer alot betta! i onli watched 102 dalmations 2 nyt it was on the telli! n i was ded dissapointed wen i found out that the old charchters wernt in it lol

Yeah, they did, but she was a baby. Chloe is an adult. Cruella said she'd (only) lost three years of her life (in jail). Plus, a dog's natural lifespan wouldn't allow for Dipstick to still be around over the duration of the daughter growing up.

Babies can't turn into adults in three years lol. Perhaps Chloe is related to the Dearlys or she is friend of theirs.

Well the time line would be pretty screwy if that were the case Cloe is like 30ish and Cruella is still 50ish it seems like the movie would take place about 5 years where we left off in the last one since Dipstick is older if it were 30 years into the future dipstick would be dry bones.
