Maybe it's just me, but I remember the trailers making this out to be much more of a potential thriller with some kind of twist.
There were times when I felt Catch was a potential villain. I guess I was just mixing him up with JLo's other movie, Enough. But the way it's shot and marketed with there being more to him than meets the eye, I'm expecting some kind of thriller twist, like he's a serial killer or maybe even something like City of Angels, where he was an Angel of some kind.
But no, it's pretty much just a romance with heavy bits of drama. Though one scene comes across as kind of silly. Almost like it came out of a much lighter Rom-com. It's a bit jarring.
Overall, it's not a terrible movie, but it seems to be tonally confused.

OK so I read up about it on Wiki which gives good details about it and I really don’t remember watching any of that!
Lol
I just remember J as a cop and him turning off a cars headlights that were on and being confronted by the owner.
That’s it.

A Romance - Mystery?
It's one of those films that I particularly like. I think Jennifer Lopez and Jim Caviezel are good together. I like the music and the setting and the basic story. I guess it's fairly low key but that works for me.

This movie felt like a made for television film. It's been a long time since I've seen it, but I do remember it seeming to set up the film as some kind of supernatural psychological thriller…instead it was largely a forgettable drama with lackluster plot and actor performances.
