Where was the quarry swimming scene filmed?

Thetis Lake Regional Park on Vancouver Island. I have no idea why it's not listed in filming locations, but I'm 99.9% sure of where it is.
EDIT: I stand (or sit at my computer) corrected.

Have to disagree. It's the Elora Quarry in southern Ontario, west of Toronto, where much of the movie was filmed. It even looks like an abandoned quarry, not a lake, given its steep sides. Have to give credit to an earlier poster, Cdn Grl, who posted the answer on page 3 of the message board. I found that answer after I posted my question. Check out www.eloraquarry.com The pictures there will look familiar after having seen the movie.

I don't know WHERE it is filmed. All I know is, if it is cold enough for me to need a sweater, I'm sure not going swimming!
