Instead of saying "shut up, asswipe," like, I presume, the good Christian you are, perhaps a different response would have been more smiled-upon in the eyes of the big G. I don't seem to recall Jesus telling the Pharisees, "Shut up, asswipe!" and I'm pretty sure he didn't say, "Shut up, asswipe!" before he died on the cross.
