When did you realize this was going to be a bad movie?

The beginning of the film was promising - Bond is betrayed by an unknown, is a POW, given up by MI6, and escapes to clear his own name.
But at some point this movie becomes one of the all time worst.
By the end of it, we have the infamous invisible car, the snow-lodge, a goofy plot where they change faces, and seemingly out of nowhere, a special glove the villain puts on for special powers.
At what point did you say "uh oh?" and realize the crap was coming?
On a side note - has their EVER been a good Bond where he left MI6? QoS was the worst of the Craig films, Die another day the worst of the Brosnan, and License to Kill was, well, just bad all the way around. -

Very early on the ridiculous fake beard, being able to lower his heart rate at will, Bond waltzing thru the hotel lobby in terrible shape all looked ridiculous, such a shame because Brosnan is my 2nd favorite Bond after Connery, terrible way to go wish they had hired Martin Campbell to finish the Brosnan era.
