So Ive watched maybe 1/3 of this movie and so far it is pretty stupid. The wife is a pain in the ass. Doesn't make sense to hold the surgeon at gunpoint. And lets not forget that organs are in limited supply by him demanding a transplant be done he is effectively condemning someone else to die. Whilst the movie has shown the rich white guy getting a heart transplant to make you not worry about this facet, it is the hard truth.

His demand was not to get a transplant immediately, but for his son to be put on the transplant list.
