There’s absolutely no way that they would have Ian have a recent episode with his heart caused by stress IF it wasn’t all being set up for Christmas with the Cindy/Junior reveal! The Doctors even TOLD him to avoid stress as the next one could KILL him!! He’s also been keeping it from Cindy. This is ALL very heavy foreshadowing!
I believe that Adam Woodworth enjoyed his time treading the boards whilst he was on sabbatical from the show for a few years and now wants to do that permanently! He has asked to be written out and they are keeping it all hush hush.

A heart attack is too easy for Ian Bobby and doesn't tick enough boxes for making people fearful for those they love
No Ian and Cindy will go down the Arthur and Pauline route of him loosing his mind and counting the hairs on this head and he'll eventually top himself on Arthur's bench with a little Edinburgh joke in there for the dark witted
That will take a whole year though so that the audience are kind of glad that it happened and that will be the end of Ian Beale
No this year Doctor Moon will get chopped up by a laser net coming down the hallway of Harry's Barn as he's trying to get out and stop his son from boxing somebody who is called Wellard

No but why have all of that foreshadowing of him having to avoid stress or it will KILL him and then setting him up for all of that stress on Christmas Day when all secrets are revealed?!! Send a text message to your female friend asking her what she thinks about it.

No I don’t remember that at all! Perhaps that happened before Chris Claremont took over and it was this other bloke who preceded him. It was complete Bobs Bits around that time and I wasn’t watching it.
