Back in the 90s, I really thought Chasey Lain was not only the most beautiful woman in porn, but pretty much the most beautiful woman period. And I do think Chasey in her prime was much better looking than Elisha. The 90s actually had a number of beautiful pornstars, the other standouts being Rocki Roads, Tera Patrick (back when she was breathtaking to look at before she got breast implants and what appears to have been plastic surgery on her nose), P.J. Sparxx, and Nikki Dial.
More recently, I'd say Laurie Wallace, Suzy Sweet and Sandra Shine are the most beautiful pornstars. -

I've seen enough porn to know it's not all a "beautiful thing." Like when you have a close up of some guy's hairy, pimply ass or when people have weird moles and scars or stretch marks or weird stuff growing on their penises and tons of hair all over their butts and legs, and their testicles look incredibly stupid dangling and swinging all over the place or when guys do that thing where they put one hand on their own butt while having doggystyle sex with a woman. It looks so incredibly gay! Then they do that "I'm surveying my handiwork" thing where their hand is on their butt, the other hand is on the woman's butt (the woman is reading War and Peace) and the guy is looking down watching his peeny and admiring it while feeling up his buttock. Gayness. And that's just in straight porn.
I seriously don't think anyone who has seen more than 2 or 3 porn films can really say it's beautiful. I've seen far more hideously ugly folks in porn than anywhere else. In fact when I first saw porn I was SHOCKED how ugly they were because in porn people talk about how "hot" everyone is. Ron Jeremy is one example. Cross eyed women, women with craters in their breasts from bad implant surgeries, all sorts of odd body imperfections and strangeness (the kind where you think, "Get that checked by a doctor, dude!").
Seriously ugly women with about 5 lbs of makeup to hide the trainwreck that is their face, men with hideous faces and bodies (no body hair at all looking like some kinda twink in straight porn is just wack, okay?), men with no muscle tone or men with muscles but the fugliest head lolling on their shoulders. Men who have long girly hair. Men who have saggy balls and ugly peenies. Weird shaped penises like triangles at the top. Weird short peenies. Guys watching other guys ejaculate, which again isn't cool in straight porn. I once saw a guy actually literally ejaculate on another guy's penis by accident. Hot? Why no, it's not. And it's not beautiful, either.
Yes, when you actually watch porn you know that the people in it are 98% very far from good looking. There is a tiny percentage of nice looking folks but they're hard to find. Sometimes what you think is "beautiful" is really just a lot of mascara and lipstick. Be able to tell the difference.
I'm still looking for a really hot porn actor. I don't think there are any.
Women who are very beautiful really don't need to do porn, anyway so I don't think you see the most beautiful people in that business.
People really need to stop equating "porn star" with "beautiful." It's a castle on a cloud.

I think Sasha Grey could pull off a look like that. Especially since she's about the same age as Elisha's character in real life.
But not as 'hot' overall without that little bit of extra movie magic. I give props to the lighting cameraman, makeup, the costume department, and good ol' fashioned genetics for that one.

I agree with the poster who mentioned porn stars in the 90s. They were all beautiful: asia, rocki roads, chasey, kaitlyn ashley, stephanie swift, old school Tera Patrick
A lot of the starlets now are surgically enhanced and have horrible tans.
However, if I had to pick a few current stars out there who are on Elisha's level (or higher), I would definitely agree with Sasha Grey. I would also say Mackenzie Miles, Sophia Santi and Ashlynn Brooke. -

when i was watching one of the special features on the girl next door and i saw a close up of elisha cuthbert's face i thought she is the most beautiful girl who has ever lived. she weas that stunningly and rarely beautiful.

There is such a thing as "too pretty for porn" .. usually women that pretty will rather go for a 'real' acting career or something, instead of doing porn.
