Seen most films mentioned in this thread but still think Elisha C in this wins it. Just something about her performance that seems to stay with you after you watch it.
One other springs to mind is Amber Heard in Rum Diaries. -

Reading through the posts, I have noticed that I am definitely in the minority in thinking that Danielle was not particularly sexy or attractive. Elisha Cuthbert was (and probably still is) very pretty, but while I found the film character rather charming at first, I got tired of her after a while.
The main problem with Danielle was that her manners were rather artificial and deliberately engineered to look sexy - which was perhaps the point since the character was a porn star. She worked to hard to be charming and one gets the feeling that she was teasing and manipulating the boy. Even scratching the porn star part, I doubt in real life I would be attracted to someone like Danielle. I would prefer someone who is naturally attractive and pleasant without deliberately working too hard to be sexy. -

Charlize Theron is way sexier. .sorry but that's true. Check out 2 Days in a Valley which is a brilliant film and one of my favorites. Charlize is particularly stunning there.
Also she is gorgeous in Sweet November.
