Its actually from a musical called "The Roar of the Greasepaint - The Smell of the Crowd".

The song, "The Joker," is from a 1960s musical ("The Roar of the Greasepaint, the Smell of the Crowd") about the class system, which seems apt for a TV show that spoofs the aspirational class (and in doing so spoofs those who spoof it).
