I wonder why it's moving to Adult Swim, is it just because of Toonami? I can't see them making the show 'edgier' in any aspect though, outside of a little extra blood and the odd 'damn'.
But SWEET JESUS, this is the news I've been waiting a DECADE for. I'm glad Genndy has found something to do until Can You Imagine gets greenlit, but please dude- give Jack his victory ending at some point.

This is wholly speculation, but during it's original run, I don't recall a lot of kids getting into it. I believe the main audience was older teens and adults. Adult Swim would be a better place for it.
And you're right, they don't have to make the show 'edgier.' I doubt Genndy would.
If you buy a ticket for a remake, you are the problem, not Hollywood. -

I spent the last two days watching almost all the the last season, in preparation for the eventual new episodes. I'm excited. How often do you get a good show back after almost twelve years?
I'm a little concerned though, since
James L. Venable
's music was such a large part of the show and I still havent' seen anything about him returning.
