If Larry Clark tried make a movie imitating Peter Jackson's early movies while keeping in mind this is a made for TV B-movie, we would have Teenage Caveman.
I thought it was fun the whole way through. I loved the sex, I loved the bad acting, I loved the insane atmosphere and plot, the dialogue, and all the gore.
I thought this movie was perfect, and I hope to see more things like this. -

My answer to your question is, "Yes!" You must be the only person who loved this film. I thought this was simply another excuse for director Larry Clark to watch teenagers have (even simulated) sex. The film's total lack of a satiric tone or an ironic sense of humor belies its attempt at mocking a B-movie. The only thing about this film that reminds me of some B-grade monster flick is the absolutely dreadful acting from all involved. It's crapplain and simple.

You're not alone buddy. I totally enjoyed it. IMO it deserves a better rating. People rated it so low because of the sex scenes. But I like them as well. I think the dialog was pretty good. And not all was bad acting. The guy who played Neil was a terrific actor, one of the best I've seen in a while. Judith sucked, though.
