I don't think he's going to have sex with them (at least not at the ages they are at), but I do believe he is going to do what was originally intended: Make half of them immortal while leaving the other half to grow up and reproduce more humans, so to give them a chance to rebuild society.
Basically, to sum it up in a one sentence: The adults, who once controlled the youth (as seen at the beginning of the film), are no longer in control. The youth has overthrown them and are going to do what they fail to do or what they feared to do: restore society. The youth have overthrown the adult, the youth will survive. It's a new society overthrowing the old.

What happened to the chick was this: They talk about how they can't make love, but she probably changed her mind, wanting to do so (the difference between what Juidth and Neil were doing is that they were forcing the option of immortality onto the others. What happened in the following scene, it was by choice. She chose to do it with him with hopes of becoming infected. It's highly probable with the final scene that she didn't make it). Love makes people do stupid things, you know?

I fell asleep, which says a lot about the movie haha. Anyone here finished it? Please?? The last scene i can remember was when they buried the guy who slept with the 121 year old b!tch..??
