Shenmue's music has one of the best, if not the best, music for a video game. The music by Yumi Asada, Shinichi Goto, Tomoaki Inoue, Fumio Ito, Ryuji Iuchi, Yuzo Koshiro, Takenobu Mitsuyoshi, Satoshi Miyashita, Osamu Murata, Masataka Nitta, Shinji Otsuka, Koji Sakurai, Megumi Takano, Toshiyuki Watanabe and Takashi Yanagawa is absoluteley gorgeous. This is Grade A quality music and it is definetely Hollywood quality music.

I wholeheartedly agree. The Shenmue series have some of the best music ever created for videogames, if not the best music in history.
What I wouldn't give for a complete release of every Shenmue track on CD. -

You can download almost every track there is from http://www.planetxbox.com/shenmuedojo/ , so long as you have a fileplanet account (which can be made quite easily for free). You'll also find a hell of a lot of other Shenmue related info and media there.
