I bought this dvd at my local vid store for $2.99 and wanted to know if it is a good movie? I love Sophia Bush (I know she has a very small role) but thought I would check it out.
What did you think of it??
I guess I'm just a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside a bitch

Yeah it's decent. Probably worth your $2.99.

it was very predictable but sophia bush definately should have had a bigger part she did a great job with what small part she had.

          "it was very predictable"
How are you saying that it's predictable? It's based on a true story. To me that's like watching a movie on WWII and saying "yeah, it was very predictable, Germany lost".

Well just because something is based on a true story doesnt mean you can't predict what will happen. The movie had many clues in it and it pretty much points out the ending throughout the whole movie. I practically figured out how it ended before I got halfway through the movie, so again just because a movie is based on a true story doesn't mean it can't be predictable.

I'm looking at it from the perspective of someone who knew all about the case long before I saw the movie so there was not a damn thing in it that wasn't predictable yet I found the story telling in the movie to be very compelling (I was impressed by how accurate it was, incidentally).
Did you know of the case before you watched the movie or was it completely new to you?

Whoa, whoa, whoa how was this film predictable? I watched it knowing nothing about the story it was based upon. And in my opinion, the outcome of this film, if you knew nothing like I did, was more surprising than "The Sixth Sense".
