It really depends on what is meant by likable. If it's likable in the sense that I'd like to be friends with a particular character, then maybe not in that strictest sense.
But if it's likable in the sense that I can watch these characters and be engaged in their story arcs, then I'd say there are plenty of likable characters on the show.
So many stories, so little time.
