When Joe asked Jules how it was dealing with Jess after Jules caught them kissing, she said it was "like stropping a cow"? Is that right? If so, what does that mean? Thanks!

I think she called her a 'stroppy cow'. However, I'm not sure exactly what that means, being a Yank.
