It also makes me feel for the people on the east coast who were ignored by FEMA and are, even now, struggling to not freeze to death. I wonder if these Californians will be given $750 to compensate them for their losses.
Biden is such a lost cause. If he doesn't have a teleprompter, he has no idea what to say. Hell, even with one, he has a heck of a time.
This is one of the worst fires in CA history, and it's only going to get worse.

You're right. That's why I'm posting about it.
CA is used to wildfires but continue to do nothing about things that are within their control.
A lot of homeless people also start fires (yes, I've seen them captured on video) on drybrush areas.
They "donated excess fire-fighting equipment to Ukraine" last year. WTAF was going through their empty-headed noggins?
A lot of people also had their insurance cancelled last month, which is terrible.
This is supposed to be their "wet" season as well.

I agree with you, and what's sad is that CA is essentially a red state. If you look at the map by counties, it's mostly red. It's the "coastal elites" who vote blue and keep voting these idiots into office. Many of these fires can be mitigated with forest management but environmental activists are also to blame for pushing their green agenda, which just accumulates all that debris.
There was even a warning before Karen Bass left which indicated the Santa Ana winds were due to pick up and they hadn't been receiving water in what would have been their normal rainy months, and she went on a taxpayer-funded trip to Ghana! Why would she need to go to Ghana?
Did you see that Sky News interview where they caught up with her when she landed at the airport, and she was just silent for 45 seconds refusing to apologize or answer why she was away or if she had anything to say to the citizens of Los Angeles? Or her daft "URL" moment? She's too stupid to be in a position of power.
It was either Bass or the female fire chief, I don't recall who, who replaced a white man, and got their salary doubled to $700,000/year. It's crazy, but the nuts keep voting these people into office. Maybe this'll change things, but I doubt it.
