I agree, I didn't think it was that funny.
I generally enjoy 'frat pack' movies, but the writing, jokes, and premise were subpar for me. Especially when compared to better movies like Starsky and Hutch, Wedding Crashers, or even Anchorman.
The funniest scene was the one where will ferrel gets a tranquilizer in the neck.
