    How did Mitch not know that? On the basis that they all signed something, i'm sure that clause would apply.. Just like when someone dies they are no longer an employee. If there was no contract or whatever then Mitch is just a HORRIBLE lawyer.. but still a legend 🙂

          That's got nothing to do with his name remaining on the official roster submitted to the school. It could easily be, and probably is, the case that the House is responsible for reporting members "leaving", and being held to the official submission. Many such instances in law, especially administrative regulations. Places the burden/consequences on those with the information, and not upon the administrating agency.
