Hate to be the one to tell you, they are real, in Firefly she is in loose clothes, in MadMen she's wearing a push up bra and enhancing items so they stand to attention, sex appeal, you must be new to hollywood, sex sells, Firefly didn't need another sex character. You obviously don't know breasts since you can't tell the difference in real and fake.

No evidence of breast enhancement. She has clearly gained a little weight (not an insult she is stunning just as she is) and the clothing style she wears now is designed to maximise the assets.
Also, I'm pretty sure she doesn't give two beep about your opinion of her change in breast size or appearance. Just like no-one on here seems to give much of a beep either, outside of calling you ignorant.
