Joe Biden pardons his son Hunter

Have you seen all the clips circulating of how the Dems were talking about how righteous they were going on and on about Biden put the law before his family, showing clip after clip of KJP repeating that Biden would not pardon his son. The View (ugghh) seem to make the excuse of Hunter being strung out on crack as an excuse. So - by
their
viewpoint, you can be involved in installing foreign puppet presidents and launder millions of dollars, be involved in dirty Ponzi schemes and business dealings with your father, ignore your tax returns, be convicted of firearms charges, record yourself smoking crack while speeding — as long as you "have a substance problem". But if you're stone cold sober, you'll be held to different standards. For real! No kidding. I saw a clip of them on The View saying just that. Whoopi didn't like referring to Hunter's activities as "illegal" and suggested they stop doing that! (You just can't make this **** up!)
Anyhoo, Biden just confirmed what the Right have been saying for ten years. Look specifically at the DATES that Hunter has been pardoned. Ukraine anyone? Biden just set the playbook groundwork.

By going back so many years, he's essentially pardoning himself and all of his family's ties to the shady business dealings in Ukraine. The entire Biden family is dirty, and they have blood on their hands. There are
over 300 crimes
in all those years Biden pardoned, so it isn't just the gun charge and a few million in tax fraud - there's soooo much more if people just take the time to look. This goes way beyond a father pardoning his misbehaving son for a few antics.

He stated many, many times that he would respect the (ahem) judicial process and repeated many times that he would not pardon his son. Ever. As it turns out, he put his son ahead of his duty to the country and pardoned 11 years' worth of criminal activity of firearm and millions of dollars' worth of suspicious activity including tax evasion and money laundering. It's interesting that the first date listed on Biden's pardon happened to be the first date of Hunter's "business" dealings in the Ukraine. Hunter plead guilty, was found guilty, and even wrote about it.
In addition to finishing out the remainder of his presidency by trying to start WWIII by giving permission to Ukraine to use American-made long-range missiles to be fired into the heart of Russia and triggering Putin to raise and alter the terms of engagement to where he can now view America as a potential threat, and rightly so, for playing a part in nuclear war (what a stupidly jackass way to "peacefully hand over the transition of power" between administrations – by starting a war!) – he also has pissed off his own party enough with this stupid decision.
Just goes to show just how much he really does believe he and his family ARE above the law and have BEEN behaving thusly. He's showing his contempt for his party, the laws and the American people.

We all knew he was lying when he said he wouldn't pardon Hunter. He's got a 50yr history of being a wildly dishonest and corrupt politician, of course he was going to pardon him. I'd have done the same, especially for these specific crimes, his gun charge is a 2nd Amendment violation and tax dodging is the moral thing to do.

Do you find it hypocritical of how he weaponized his DOJ in going after Trump with an attempt to steal the election that way knowing that was his only chance to "win" and now he pardons his son in this way instead of using justice in the proper ways as it should be?

Of course it was hypocritical, Biden is a corrupt, hypocritical piece of ****, this is who the Democrats are, but from his standpoint, he is done in politics, he was knifed in the back by his party, he literally has nothing to lose now, so I don't blame him at all for pardoning him. I do like how it wasn't just the two crimes though, but for any other crime he may have committed during that 10yr period. That's hilarious and just flaunting blatant corruption.

He's guilty and there's no doubt about that but even a lot of Republicans have mixed feelings about the crimes he was convicted of. The gun one in particular is almost never enforced. They spent years fishing for anything they could charge Biden with and then the worst thing they could find was some paperwork that lots of people lie on and a tax charge that almost anybody with any kind connections probably deserves to get hit with.
