Bearing in mind it has to be at least a four-seater, such as depicted in the movie. It has to carry the 4 passengers (including Randy's character, remember, at one point?) and then some.
So no cheating with supercars or the like. Just regular road cars.
If you were in the situation of the 3 boys, what car would you be driving?
Generally speaking, I'd like answers from the normal price range, rather than very expensive limited edition cars. But feel free.
I'd go for a Beemer of some stripe. Big, fast and agile. Can't think of which one though. Maybe I'm wrong.
    What'd you guys go for?

Well, I'd go with a blood red Ford Taunus TC II. 4 door saloon with a V6 2.9 litre engine. That's a 180 c.i. 4 speed manual. Truth be told I'm trying to buy one right now. That'd be a custom built model but who cares.

Audi A4 or A6, with 3.0T. All wheel drive and a very quick, good handling car.

If I knew the Caddy was going to come after me, I'd go with a '66 Chrysler Imperial with the 440 big block hemi.
And I wouldn't run away. Go car-on-car with the Caddy and may the best monster win.
