The mapper gives a summary of what is currently happening in the Ukraine War. He seems to be pretty fair, using reports from both Ukrainian and Russian sources, and he likes geolocations from videos the best. He has a morning report and an afternoon report. I have been watching it regularly for about a year to keep up with what is going on in the war.

Blinken gives us some propaganda in his speech:
"Putin has been throwing more and more troops into a meat grinder of his own making. Now he is turning to North Korean Troops, and that is a clear sign of weakness'
Actually, the number of North Korean Troops 8,000 is rather small with respect to the scale of the war. It is more symbolic at this point, that is, an indication that Russian has an ally that will send troops to help defend Russia. (Note that the North Korean troops are being used in Kursk (Russia)).
Further, the Russians are pushing forward much faster in the Donbas region, and it is apparent that the war is no longer that much of a meat grinder for them.
Further, there is apparently now this strong alliance between North Korea and Russia. The Reuters news report says "China should be alarmed". What about the rest of us? -

UKR should just give it up already since they will lose and it would save lives of civilians.
Just let Russia have what they fought for which is barely anything of the country, the clean up and infrastructure repair would be their problem and expense, and don't join NATTO.
Simple.

I tend to agree with you.
Bluidy Zelensky seems to be out to kill a lot more Ukrainians for nothing. He seems to want long range missiles to start an almost terroristic-like attack on Russia - but in the end, Russia will reply 2 times over - bringing more hardship on the Ukrainians. Zelensky still seems to expect to get the Donbas region back in negotiations, which seems like a fantasy.
Putin says he won't negotiate until he gets all of Russia back (Kursk region).
Trump indicates he would want to start negotiations when he comes to power (Jan 20).
So I guess, Putin is trying to take Kursk back before then. Not really a great military strategy as Ukraine appears to be sending more troops to Kursk, it might be a meat-grinder. Meanwhile, in the Donbas region the Ukrainians do not seem to have enough troops to hold their lines anymore, and the Russians can push forward fairly easily. -

I hope so.
It will be what he deserves since he refuses to surrender, work out a peace deal or get along with Russia.
Weird at how the Dems are always going on about Trump being like a dictator when Zel. is also a TV star and inexperienced politician dictator.
So they love one who started a war but hate the other who did not start any wars?

NATO promised it would never expand beyond a handful of countries.
They have broken that promise and Russia sees them as a threat.
