I was just wondering, there was a scene where Ashley and Andy Garcia are having salmon and red wine. Not trying to change the scene or anythingbut isn't it much better to have salmon or any kind of seafood with white wine???

25 minutes into the movie they show a close up of the label on the back of the bottle. It says "Delicato Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon".
          Just wondering.
What about the wine makes it look yummy? It is just a dark liquid, probably grape juice with some red coloring.

well, some fish can go with red wine, namely meaty fish like Monkfish.
But you usually have salmon with champagne or white wine.
Some people say there's no difference what wine you have, but if you mix red wine and fish there is a noticeable clash.

That can work as well. As long as it's not one of those beers that tastes unpleasantly of chemicals.

Probably the fact that there might have been roofies in the wine.
