It should have been taken off IMDB a long time ago, I think. I have yet to hear any specific reasons why it isn't being made, and according to that article with Jeff Garlin that kept circulating, there was a script but "it's a lot of reasons why it's not going to happen." Maybe something with the actors, company doubts, I don't know.
Makes me really, really sad though.

I think they just cancelled it because it sucked! maybe they were afraid it would ruin the 1st movie.

Yep Daddy Day Camp was the potential sequal to Daddy Day Care. It was in the rumor mill for awhile, may have been in pre-production, but aparantly is no more.

Actually it has been made they just replaced all the actors. Cuba Gooding JR. is taking Eddie Murphy's place. It's in post production and has been dated "2007" so chances are it will be released this year, it looks to me maybe a straight to dvd movie like the movie "like Mike 2"

Why are they taking the actors out? They had good actors.
