      Dude
Actually there aren't 3 versions of this film ..
      ju-on the curse
      ju-on the curse 2
      ju-on the grudge
      ju-on the grudge 2
      the grudge
So .. these 5 movies were made right ?!
But these movies ain't different versions of eachother except for The Grudge which is a remake of the 3th movie, but also has hints & scenes from the first 2 movies.
Correct moi if i'm wrong !
But if u wanna know which one is better u should see them yourself right ?! 😉
But if u wanna know which one I think is best i would say Ju-on The Grudge ( original ) But this is only because i've seen this movie first instead of Ju-On : The Curse 1 & 2.
U still dig whot i'm sayin'?!

The Second original is the best.
This one (Ju-on the Curse) has the story of the teacher. Same actors who play Kayako & Takeo in remake but different Toshio.
Ju-on the Grudge is mostly the rest of the story but is much better & a lot more easier to understand than the first one. It's Very, Very creepy. Same actors play Kayako, Takeo & Toshio as the American version.
The Grudge Remake.. Good until about 30 mins from the end then well it just sucked.
Basically with the remake what they did was take teacher story & the rest of it & put them together.
I haven't seen the other 2 yet so I don't know how they fit in.

            The Grudge.alright
            Ju-on..INCREDBLE
The Grudge was enjoyable. For a while I loved it. Until today. Today I saw Ju-on, and I must say, the people who wrote The Grudge screwed it up SO bad. They made Kayako stupid looking and unrealistic, made it WAY to much like The Ring, and lacked Toshio to much. It wasn't as scary, while now, after watching Ju-on, I can't type without shaking. They cut out the futuristic scene, the best part of the whole movie, and just screwed it up.
            So Ju-on. Obviously.
Samara's my sister and Saddako's my cousin. Beware, their powers are alive in me.

And then there's a straight-to-video prequel called "Ju-Rei", even though it's not official. The director is different. Oh- and the movie SSSSUUUUXXX!!!

I didnt like it either. I'd better watch Yu-gi-on than Ju-On. The scariest film of Asian horror movies was the Eye

I've always found The Grudge to be better. Even though I saw the Grudge first I think it's much better. THe girl was done better in The Grudge, they did have a bigger budget on the film but I'm not going to say the others ones better just because they did well enough with a small budget. America had a bigger budget which made the movie a LOT better. So I always loved The Grudge.

                              I enjoyed both, actually.
However in Ju-on, they don't explain that Toshio's mother was attemopting to have an affair with a teacher, and the possibility that Toshio may or may not have been Toshio's father's real son. They hint at it, but that's it.
In Grudge, I disliked the whole "twu wub" deal with Sarah Michelle going to the haunted house AGAIN to save her boyfriend, who is stupid enough to try and burn it down. If it were me, I would be single again.

Her boyfriend didn't try to burn it down, the detective did.

it's called a bigger budget dumb#$%^&. Of course ours looks better. But we don't have any creative ideas and have to remake classics!

The American version is Ju-on for Dummies. Everything is explaned or is tried to be explaned. It's turned into a typical OMG JUMP version of Ju-on and is simply just another crappy remake. It has the same faults as the American version of Ringu. I was scared at it at first but then it just started being boring. I've tried seeing it more than once but it's just boring. I would say it was turned into a more Western ghost story than where it originally came from.
Ju-on is confusing, little is explained, you are placed into what the characters sees or feels and it's all about suspense. There's a point in how it's made. Not as big a bugdget but it shows that you can make a movie like that without an American budget. I can actually watch this one again and again and find something else I didn't notice. It intrigues me which is far better that OMG JUMP version.
