Which version of this movie is better?? I saw the pg-13 version and was unimpressed. Is the unrated version better??

No, it's an insult to injury. Third-rate CGI blood and all too obvious dubbed cursing is all it has to offer, and for some unexplainable reason they removed the only one-liner worth mentioning, replacing it with some boring bullsht stuff about cars and death statistics.
Avoid it.

Unrated version is much more in spirit with the rest of the series. I agree that the one liner shouldn't have been removed, but it is a better version overall.
