It turns out that Napoleon was Howard Hughes dad in part 2. A sneak peek that i was honored enough to be shown early depicted that impactful scene:
Howard: You killed my father!
Napoleon: No. Of couwse, I am your Fah-There!
Howard: Come again, you French midget? You sound like a gay, vomiting baby when you speak. -

Howie: What's this? I asked for six tater tots exactly. It can never be no more and no less. Where are the other three?
ND: I just wanted a few. Gosh! Fine! Here are your other tots!
(Pulls them out of his pocket and tosses them onto his dad's plate which touches the other food on there.)
Howie: Dammit son! I can't eat this now. Go back and fix it fresh again.
ND: Gosh! I never do anything right with you around. I wish you were not my father! Darn it!
(Storms off into his room.)

Yeah, he flew The Spruce Goose and then a couple of other things happen.
