The bear in Toy Story 3 and Danny Glover in Manderlay. Very similar ideas/actions. (SPOILER) Danny Glover came up with an elaborate system to keep the ex-slaves in line and the Bear in the nursery also had a similar system to keep the toys in line.

If your viewpoint towards an entire race bad? I'd say so.
You may not want to dislike a race but find it offensive if you see them treated even if someone from a minority is treated a little unfairly because of the misdeeds of few.
