There was NOTHING to suggest that at all. Unless you're thinking of this movie as a direct sequel to the original Donner movies (and early comics) where Superman had the amnesia-inducing kiss, there's no reason to believe that. -

Singer and his production team were coy about the movie, saying it to be connected to the Donner movies, but not really, that it kind of was a sequel to "Superman 2" but it wasn't, etc. I'm not exactly sure what your problem is, but there was no need to get pissy, mate - I was just pointing out facts. -

It is a sequel but we don't know if it is a direct sequel. We also don't know exactly what Lois forgot in S2.everyhing (then she'd be he only one to not know about the Kryptonians) or just that Clark is Superman?
There are also those, like myself, who like the idea of Lois and Supes having a sexual relationship after the events in S2 and that Lois knows he is Jason's father.- BVS 2. TWS 3. Avenger

I think it's safe to assume that the amnesia kiss along with time travel had been axed from this version of continuity.
