what do they mean by calling Mark "Fed-Ex"?

one of the girls had explained the meaning behind this name calling at the train station and I never quite understand it. I kinda feel for Mark. I've been namecalled and teased, not by siblings but by other kids at school, therefore I also felt intimidated by bullies like Mark did during the school scene

The parents should never have allowed the other kids to call him that. Siblings may joke and tease, but they knew it was having a negative effect on him and should have been stopped.
