This film wasn't a classic or even particularly great (seriously what the hell was that ending?) but really? People think it's this bad? Sure it's obvious the film execs butchered it into something 'safe', but it's not hard to see a good movie underneath that. At worst it's a decently acted, well directed action flick with some great set pieces and nice cinematography. When crap like 'Transformers' rakes it in it's at least nice to see a movie that tried to be something special.
