Archived from the IMDb Discussion Forums — Toolbox Murders

When I first heard about this project, it was when David Szulkin, a contributor to the horror film magazine Fangoria, told he was writing a script for it with Jim VanBebber. VanBebber's the man behind Charlie's Family, the decade-in-the-making pseudo-documentary on the notorious serial killer, and I was pretty interested in seeing what they'd come up with (even moreso if being directed by a horror legend like Tobe Hooper). While IMDb now lists the people behind Hooper's Crocodile (ugh) as the writers, I'm wondering whether they're using the VanBebber/Szulkin material at all.
    Anybody know more about this?

Yeh but what was the point if you couldn't answer his question?
