I keep having this recurrent memory about a movie with a somewhat similar plot, but can't locate it and really am not sure if it actually exists. It may even be a documentary. It would be about 10-20 years old and if actually a documentary, would be a professionally made type, not an amateur conspiracy theory YouTube deal.
It involves the offspring of Hitler's self proclaimed super race being groomed in secret after WWII for leadership positions. When they reached about 30 years old or so, they were gradually placed into at least several powerful political slots, both through legal elections and crooked methods. Part of their grooming process was training them to be very nice and likable, so no one suspected they were actually bringing back the third Reich.
In realistic timelines, this would have been set in the 70s through 90s. Anyone ever heard of this movie? If it doesn't actually exist, sounds like a good political thriller, based in possibility had Hitler's plans went a little more to his liking.

That's The Boys from Brazil. I never saw the movie, but it was a good book.
